We've been here so many times, but this is the only time I got a chance to drop a review to this particular restaurant. I gave them a 4 star just because the crew are polite and eager to take orders. The only reason I didn't gave them a 5stars is just because they are not open until mid night. However, I would recommend this resto to my friends and family if they got a chance to visit us here in Martensville.

My wife is celiac and the staff were very attentive to her and her needs .Took our kids and grandkids and they were very good with them as well. the food tasted great.

Large portions of food, excellent service. Free ice cream for the birthday girl. Very little under $20 for a meal. Unlimited fountain drink refills. Casual atmosphere with big screen sports, but they weren't intrusive. I will definitely go back.

So first off I would like to say the actual owner (Alyssa) is one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to. So for my wonderful experience. 10pm at night we order thai bites. We asked for all the garnish on the side and for the chicken to be well done. This is what we typically order and its always great minus every second time theres no thai sause or no garnish. This time we get our order and I will be honest, this chicken isn't even edible. My poor chihuahua had a hard time chewing into it. I spoke to the restaurant owner of the martensville boston pizza and long story short because they forget the sauces and garnish that they will not be replacing our order and that we should start ordering from the 51st location there's DOOR DASH and SKIP THE DISH that will deliver to martensville". Excellent service, and the food was as you expect from a Boston Pizza. (My sisters lettuce was brown in her salad so she ate around it. Our waitress, Wendy, was attentive and told us to watch for the parachuters that would be going over the field across the street. All in all a typical Boston Pizza experience

Waited to be seated, waited for 20 mins to get our drink order. We voted with our feet and left. Either the restaurant is horribly understaffed or very poorly run. Little value for the price point.

Ordered for 4 people, 2 Adults 2 Teens, Waited 1 Hour For Our Food to be Served, Then the Waiter came and Told Us their mashine glitched/malfunctioned and took our order of the Machine, and our food would be ready soon, so we waited another Hour, our order finally got served after 2 Hours Of Waiting but was cold. Also 5 family's ordered after us, and got their food first. Very Awful Service, And Wouldn't Recommend if you Don't Want to Waste over $100.

Always an issue every time we order. Service is slow and extremely poor. Order is never ready at the time they say it will be. I’d visit a different location if you have the option.

After being at the resteaunt for 45minutes with out even getting a cup of water, we left. Surprervisor came over with lots of excuses on why they were being so slow but couldn't tell us when our food or drinks would even be ready. This is the second time this had happened to us.

Wanted to move to a diff table, I froze sitting next to window in booth, but never saw server again until a diff server brought our main dish. I figured it was too much of a hassle to move to a warmer location once our food arrived. Our appetizer arrived after our main dish was served. I understand the ‘understaffing’ problem going on but it would have been nice to be checked up on like the other tables appeared to be.
