We were referred to this company by Poth Home Solutions and are very glad we used Scott Roofing. Customer service was excellent and good communication throughout project. Needed a 1927-era character home reshingled. We had concerns about damage caused by another company, so Scott kept us informed about what they discovered, how to correct problem. Got in touch immediately with advice when they uncovered other section in need of structural support. Clear communication about progress throughout. Quality of work was superior, job done quickly, and we were happy since tenants have little boy, they were extremely careful about cleanup of debris, nails, etc. Followup after the job was appreciated. Very happy with the work and customer service. Highly recommend Scott and his company!

So disappointed in this company, and hope their work is better than their communication.Called early March to get a quote/book a spot because they'd been recommended by a friend. Scott did the quote himself, in-person, and was very nice. Got a call in May about shingle delivery with a request to have the driveway free. Great except I don't have a driveway, which should have been noted when the in-person quote was done. No shingles delivered. Called in July to see what was what and it was like they'd never heard of me. Called again in August to request an update as there had been no action or communication. Long story short, roof was started October 28, the day we got a dump of snow. Was the roof done? Not sure. No communication until a bill came in December for the full amount. Sent a cheque for partial payment with the intent to complete payment once the snow was gone and we could see the work had been done. Got an email stating that, in fact, the work wasn't done and that Scott would see to it himself over the winter. Snow has been gone for a couple of weeks and we haven't heard a thing. Had to clean up plastic, shingle remnants, a broken tool that was left behind, and lots of nails. Would not recommend.

I greatly appreciate that Scott took time to come to my place and look at some dripping water on my porch i was worried about. Free of charge, he kindly and generously gave me a lot of great advice and information, even though he knew ahead of time the roof on my house isn't a kind he works with. He seems like a good guy to me! And very knowledgeable and honest. I'd hire him!

Scott came in and gave my roof a look over, it was in dire need of a replacement. He was able to schedule me in before the snowfall and did a great job! His crew was packed up, cleaned up and gone every day when we got home.Great company to deal with and will be recommending to everyone.

I don't impress easily and I'm thrilled with the new roof on my house and garage. Proud to show it off!. Huge thanks to Leanna in the office for her patience in accommodating my schedule changes and to Rick and crew on-site for fast & efficient installation and cleanup. Clearly a professional crew that takes pride in their work. Seven weeks after installation and even more impressed. The additional venting on the roof that Robert had recommended has helped to keep my home cooler during successive days of high heat. The temperature used to get up to between 78-80F after a few days of high 20s and sunshine, necessitating use of the air conditioner. Since the new vents were installed, temps after successive days of sun and high temps have not exceeded 73F. They've more than paid for themselves in energy savings and the cover is still on my air conditioner!

We had the Scott Roofing steep roof crew do our roof summer of 2019, and I couldn't be happier! Chuck was amazing. We exchanged cell numbers the first day, so communication was quick and easy. The crew was punctual and organized, they texted me pics when rot was discovered, they even cleaned up every night so well that my kids could play in the yard. The shingle installation looks wonderful, and the cost was as estimated (with a very reasonable adjustment for the rot repair). Scott was very knowledgeable and was happy to sit with me and discuss the job when doing the estimate (of the 5 quotes I got,o 2 of the roofers would really talk to me). I highly recommend Scott Roofing!

We had 3 different contractors come out to give us estimates. Scott was the only one who noticed that we had major hail damage (we’re talking a $12 000 claim). There was great communication, the crew did an excellent job - they were very polite and cleaned up extremely well each night, and it was just overall a great experience. We would highly recommend!!

I am very happy with the workmanship that Scott Roofing provides. Scott came to my house personally to estimate the job and walked through all of the options with me. Their crew was quick and cleaned up the site 100% when they were done. They followed up with a call to make sure I was happy with everything. Definite recommend from me.

I was not fortunate enough to have Scott Roofing replace my roof, I had the experience of using a less reputable company last year.Today however, a crew from Scott Roofing was diligently working across the street from my house. On my way home one of the team stopped me and asked to speak with me. He pointed out a potentially serious mistake in the work done to my roof that I wouldn't have been able to identify myself. He asked if it would be okay for him to quickly hop onto my roof and fix the issue, because as a professional it was painful for him to see a home owner with such obvious deficiencies left behind.To me, this is the measure of true character in a person and a company. How does someone treat you when you have nothing to offer them? When there is no personal benefit to helping you out, how do they react? Every company will talk highly of their service and quality of work, today Scott Roofing skipped the talk and showed their integrity in their actions.These are the actions of the only roofing company I will use from now on, and the only company I'll be willing to recommend to friends and family.

Highly recommended! A very positive experience with everyone involved from estimate to booking to installation.Upfront about potential additional costs (roof decking replacement, drip edge) and they stuck to the original estimate.The install crew were friendly, helpful, and efficient. After installation, they did a good job cleaning up.
