Made a reservation almost a month in advance. When I get there, employee said nothing is available, and no update could be provided on when the van would be available. No alternative options or anything were given either. The only response was we are third party, we can’t do anything call customer service. UHaul customer service put me on hold for over 30 min and I still couldn’t talk with anyone. Avoid this lack of accountability and service and book at another location or with another company.Thanks for making my moving day much more stressful than it needed to be.
