I took my car to have the back brakes done and to my surprise it was cheaper than the usual place I take my car to. The staff is so nice and Colleen was very knowledgeable and so friendly.She checked over my car and also found a ball joint that needed replacing. They kept me informed of their findings throughout the day while they had my car. They addressed all of my concerns. The prices were very reasonable. Ravine Auto Repair is now my go to garage for all of my car needs. Keep up the great work everyone!!!!!!

Colin or Conlin from Ravine Auto and his team are.top notch. They were able to analyze and fix the issue on my car and van straight and quick. After the fix both vehicles seems to be brand new again :) i have been to other shops but this team will advise and change only what is needed. Very honest and decently priced. The only negative thing i believe is you have to book in advance for an appointment. The shop is always busy. Thanks agajn Conlin and team.

We are so grateful for the above and beyond service we were provided. We were driving from Florida to Whitby to visit my 97 year old mother when things turned badly and she was hospitalized with very poor prognosis. But our car electrical and power systems started failing (due to a failed water pump we later learned) and we had to turn off the highway at Pickering late at night and coast to a stop in a strip mall, fortunately for us right next to the Ravine auto center. They were full up with appointments for several days but understood our predicament and said they would fit us in - which they did the same day and got us back on the road. They were so helpful, friendly and accommodating, we were overwhelmed by their friendliness and support in our time of need. We came across them totally by chance and luck, but if I lived locally I would be a loyal return customer. Thank you!

My father has been dealing with Colin for 7-8 years and has referred me to him. Although I've only met Colin a few times now, he knows me by name and I know that he is providing me with honest and trusted advice when it comes to the condition of my vehicle and any repairs that it needs. I am more than pleased with the service they provide! Rob and the nice ladies at reception are always a pleasure to deal with (and their dog is super friendly!). I drive over 40km (two ways) to take my car to Ravine auto and I will be recommending my family and friends.

Ravine Auto is a great shop to deal with. I've only been a customer for about 6 months and I regret not going to them sooner. I have tried numerous other places all over the GTA and I can honestly say these people are class acts. All the staff seem very knowledgeable and they listen to your concerns.
