I never have a problem ordering from Keypak. Their representatives are always right there to help when needed to source out products. Deliveries are always next day and the warehouse loves the cookies!!

False advertising on their part their website states “no minimum order value” I placed an order and got charged a $15 service fee. Called the manager Kara and haven’t yet gotten a call back for resolution.

This company engages in false advertising. They claim that there is never a charge for small orders however they do charge $15 I've contacted the manager Cara with no success to resolve the issue
