I took my 40 year old bike for a tune up. Picked it up the same day, it was like new. All the adjustments were made to brakes, gears, chain oiled. Was cleaned and polished like new. Great Job!

Guess who discovered a leaking valve @ 5pm the day before a planned ride. New to White Rock, I turned to google for bike repairs and found The Bike Zone, closing @ 6! I walked into the store @ 5:25 not expecting to be serviced so late in the day and thinking the store would be slammed by others wanting their bikes ready for the upcoming beautiful weekend. My favourite bike shop to ever come across. I have been taking my many bikes here for the past 6 years. Everyone in the shop, especially Tom, is very knowledgeable about all kinds of bikes. I’m very glad I found The Bike Zone after I got into downhill biking, they have saved my butt many times being able to squeeze in an important service in record time. You won’t regret coming here.

These guys are awesome. Great and friendly service. They were prompt and got my bike's gear shifting fixed. The cost of service was more than reasonable and apparently was a quick fix, and only charged me for the short amount of time and parts. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

I took my bike in for a tune up and safety check. The Bike Zone did a fabulous job - it's like I am riding a brand new bike. They were professional, took time to give me a courtesy call regarding some issues they ran into, they were very knowledge and the turn around time for repairs was excellent. I am very impressed with their customer service and quality of work.

These guys were great at fixing bikes but have changed policies with regards to e-bikes. They won’t work on e-bikes that have Bafang motors even if there is no battery attached (which means Rad and Volt are out). Even if it’s not an e-bike issue and even if you pedal the bike there with a potato taped to where the battery was, their insurance company apparently won’t let them work on it just in case the potato spontaneously combusts. Too bad because they do really good work. Still get four stars. Their insurance co can suck a high hard one.

Came in looking for a brake solution to fix a problem. Person behind the counter must have been busy. Waited a few minutes and browsed, eventually I struck up a conversation asking about brake solutions, asked to have my bike looked at. I was told there are no upgrades to other types of brakes (online information seems to differ, but fine), then I was told I should buy an upgrade to my existing style of brake, but that I couldn't buy it at their store. I looked up my manufacturer's website to see if there is a bike shop in the area that sells parts for my bike, apparently it is this store. I found the whole experience unfriendly, felt my business was unwanted. I will try to avoid returning.
