Great service. Marc helped us in the building and out with our bags and directed us to the train to the airport. It was nice to be able to enjoy the city without our luggage.

Very easy to book online and pay by Apple pay. The location of the storage centre was very convenient for the cruise terminal and when we arrived we received a professional welcome and it was clear we were expected. Collection was very easy and the staff member was very helpful in offering information for getting to the airport. Very pleased with the service, thank you

The location was very convenient to the cruise debarkation area and the rail station. The guys were friendly and efficient. It was great to be able to stash our luggage and walk around Gastown. Thanks for great service.

Convenient location- so close to the waterfront stop if you’re coming from the airport! They were nice, expected me coming from the reservation. Dropping off bags and picking up was a breeze!

It was extremely easy and a wonderful to drop our bags for the day to go touring. The gentlemen were great and also very knowledgeable about what sights to see in the area.
