A real Mickey Mouse operation. Pharmacies pay over $15,000.00 a year in technical support only to find out its unreliable and inexistant. Atleast Bernie Madoff had the decency to create the illusion that you were getting what you paid for as you got bamboozled. They dont even have the decency to give you the reach around.On a very good day, it takes 15 minutes to reach a customer support agent. On an average day, it takes 45 minutes.Its extremely discouraging to call those clowns because on a bad day if the wait time is too long, the phone hangs up, and dont bother leaving your name and number for a call back, they never call back, and even if they do, its a few hours later, even throughout the message promised that you'd maintain your place in the queue.Don't bother calling past 4:00pm, your more likely to meet a leprechaun than reaching a technical support agent. They're probably having their afternoon circle jerk as you wait all night on the line only to give up.For a machine that cost between $200,000 to $400,000 to purchase, you would expect a reliable and easily accessible technical support, especially for $15,000 a year in technical support.In addition, their machines are poorly designed. I get the impression they hired an orangatan and a broom to build the machine.The sell sheet claims 1 machine error per 5000 dispills, but in reality it is substantially higher, especially if you cannot easily access customer support to remediate the problem.If your a Pharmacy owner looking to get sued by a patient, and also have to answer to your professional order because their lack of technical support obliges you to run a deficient machine that causes errors that might slip pass the final verification stages, this is the perfect machine for you!Otherwise, look for something with a more reliable customer support.Sure, their machine might deliver substantial savings in the long run in labour cost, but how pathetic is it that it cost $15,000 a year for technical support, but its not easily accessible?

SynMed Check was installed in early November and in one month we have added at least $5,000 in additional labor to use and support the system. The SynMed Check system is underdeveloped with many IT glitches, I do NOT recommend adding this to any well working SynMed system, it bottle necks production and doubles your running hours and staff needs.
