I recently started with a company that uses Masonlift to service their clients. I represent one of their customers who had a difficult time transitioning to a new computer system creating a sizable backlog of service calls and paperwork. With Masonlifts assistance, and particularly with Julia Williams (my contact person) it’s being dealt with. I have no second thoughts when I turn things over to Julia, it gets done. Thanks!

We called to as about how to do a quick battery jump for a dead battery. They told us they won't tell us how, that a technician would have to come out to jump the fork. $138.00 x1.5 hr call out and they won't give any advice in anyway.Pretty unethical to knowingly withhold simple fixes from lift owners, just so they can make a few extra bucks.
