Called to inquire about parts for a Hayward Pool heater which you sell. I explained that I bought the heater elsewhere and I am looking for a part for it.....your person on the phone was extremely rude, extremely unhelpful and I said to him that he wasn't much of a salesman and his reply was 'well you started your business somewhere else why don't you continue it somewhere else. I own a local business

These guys saved my back side today, desperately needing a sand filter Flange/clamp .. the part that holds the top head piece to the base and they actually had one in stock...(blows my mind)... These guys Rock.. big thumbs up and thanks for being who you are guys!!!

They care about everyone.We bought our Spa last year, and have had no problems at all.Walking into their store to buy supplies, you feel welcomed and there is always a smile meeting you.If you are thinking of a Spa or Pool... They should be the first place you go!

Always great service. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought our pool from them. Installation went extremely well with very courteous installer's. We have followed the instructions now for our second year and the pool is still crystal clear. Very simple to maintain following thier plan. Definitely recommend.

Top notch company and easy to see how they have been in business so long. Fast delivery and easy set up super service that went above and beyond. Best financing interest rate with open option for us to pay off early. We searched all over Eastern Ontario to find a better price and it just doesn't exist with all the features we got.
