ONroute West Lorne

Only giving a 1 star because the Tim Hortons and Popeyes was horrible. The ice Capps I ordered had no flavour, the Popeyes I ordered everything was stale and tasted like really old oil. The onroute itself is nice and clean but the service was not

A and w closed at 7pm on Friday. Tim Horton’s sold out of ingredients for loaded wraps/bowls. Watched an employee load a bagel up with cream cheese for themselves and take it to the back and barely put any on mine. I recommend you don’t eat and wait until you are somewhere else.

Don't really understand the negative reviews I've read. All I can say is that the US doesnt even have a such thing (rest areas only have a sub-par bathroom), so having the options of food, snacks or drinks are Superior.Service wasnt particularly that fast but come on, this is almost middle of nowhere. Relax.

Nothing worse then craving a Popeyes chicken sandwich and finding out they have no chicken.Only posting this after getting to on routes in the past finding out they don't serve food after 8 pm. Won't plan my meals around an on route again.

Are there food safety inspections at these ONroute stations? This particular one was gross. Not only Tim Hortons smelled very bad at the counter but you can see if really dirty all around. If a business can't even keep a front counter clean, really tells you how bad it can be behind it.I use these ONroute stations for the washrooms but again, it's always so dirty and smelly compared to US rest stops.

This might be the “FILTHIEST” rest stop anywhere in Canada.If you’re lucky enough to grab a clean spot on the entrance door handle, you’ll need to hold your breath as you make your way down the hall towards the restrooms.As you enter the men’s room, you cannot help but notice the tissue and urine covered floor (throughout the entire area!) The hand wash station looks like someone took a bath on the counter (covered in water, hair, wet paper towels, and other items unidentified). Soap dispensers were empty and the Dyson hand dry stations were filthy and covered in scum).The dining area was disgraceful (dirty tables and overfilled garbage and recycling centers).Based on the overall poor condition of the facility, I am not sure anyone works in housekeeping or janitorial services.Management should he ashamed of this facility. You’ll want to take a shower upon vacating this dump.If you want to experience a complete $&%#hole first hand, stop here. If not, keep driving!

These OnRoutes are complete trash, half the time never open. When they are open the restaurants never have food. You’d think if we are paying extra for the services here it would would at least be properly operating. Went to Popeyes and once again an hour before closing they have no food to serve, what’s better yet they are the only restaurant open other then Tim hortons. At least when the old service stations were open they were actuallyOpen and always had food.

Good and clean place to stop on your way to west. Professional and kind people working here. Now they also have charging station for your electric vehicle.

Very dirty. Not just this Onroute but the ones going the other way as well. Just visited this one and did not even attempt to buy food here just based on how dirty and unhygienic it looks. Are these owned by the Government? How do these places pass inspections?
