Haven’t talked to the lawyer yet, but was so disappointed and frustrated by the front desk. She totally ruined my day. Such a rude woman, don’t know why she is still working there even thought there were a lot of complaints already in comments below. If you want to get business, you need to learn how to be polite first. Not just be mad and angry with your client who doesn’t know anything and just looking to seek for advice.

Don't use this office as your property legal service, unbelievable bad customer service. Arbitrarily adding/altering extra fee for no reason at the moment you don't get enough time to switch lawyer and force you have to accept it. Despite whatever your realtor recommend, remember, DO NOT use them.

Very very rude service. The lady who picked up the phone was not professional at all. The way she talked to her customers was like everyone owed her money!!!! Why were you yelling to your customer? How dare you!?!?! Not sure if this is normal to other offices. The worst service I've ever seen. I would not recommend anyone to go to this office. The lawyer was okay. Please fire her!!!!!

Prices his service with no standardization. Quoted me three different prices by three different staff. Very incompetent, tried to solicit more money from my real estate agent on top of the agreed upon fee without notifying me at all. When tried to reach out to them, they do not respond as to why they wanted an additional $400 fee from me. Provided almost no answers to my questions about my tenant issue prior to sale. Would not recommend.

Such rude reception ,the worst service I met, the lady do not know what is manner and arrogance attitude,ask me EMT money and send the contract first ,if I need lawyer talk with me then I should pay extra money. execuse me ?I pay the money and even do not meet the lawyer and talk with him?And I need thanks this receptionist suggestion, go find a new lawyer if I do not want pay the money first .Then I change lawyer immediately find a better one in the same buildings.perfect conversion and let find new and better lawyer

The one start I give is totally to the front desk lady, who always pick up the phone with bad attitude.Also it’s the law clerk who helped me explaining all the paper details for house closing, never even had chance to talk with the actual lawyer. Every time when I request to speak with the lawyer, it’s been rejected saying the lawyer is busy with other cases. Though not sure if that’s the case for all law firms or just this one…

Oh My GOG!!!!!!! Extremely bad bad customer service that I ever experienced, very rude and yelling to my customer!! One of the law clerk almost throw papers on her desk because of no reason!!! As a professional Realtor, I would never ever never ever recommend any of my co-works and clients to go to their Law firm for services. I would give negative stars if I could!!!! I Don't know why their staff has so many angers in their attitude. Unprofessional, Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!
