Truly a great experience! I have attended both the group classes and private lessons. Instructor Omri’s approach to teaching and his knowledge of his craft is exceptional. The experience and value go so far beyond my expectations for self defence, fitness, and community. You must try IDF Krav Maga School in Nanaimo.

Be careful, a family member of mine went here to learn self defense because of her history with male encounters. The instructor wanted to introduce her to his rich friend in Mexico" that would pay for her to visit him.And he had the need to constantly push his believe system on her.Needless to say
