体验极差，做根管时医生和助手就经常离开。觉得服务不好，后来就换了一家诊所，新医生就告诉我，牙做的不好，可能要重新补。结果就是半年后，填充物掉了。回去问如果重新补牙，还得看情况再收费。真的呵呵。

I decided to change my dentist to this location and I am glad that I did and happy with the decison because of the better customer service. My insurance cover 90 percent and I was suprise to hear that for my cleaning I did not had to pay for anything. I appreciate the honesty of this dentistry. My previous dentist always find a way to charge me. I am satisfy with the service I receive and will make this my dentist permanently.

the reason I give 5 stars because my wife just went there for treatment, this is her second visiting, she does not speak English but she is completely satisfied with Dr. Jenna and her assistant, she had been taken very good care. Highly recommended! I had many years of bad experience with several dental offices and was losing trust in dentists, until I found Dr. Jenna Chen’s team and had pleasant experiences ever since. Dr. Chen is professional, amiable; she remembers her patients (and their teeth) and takes the time to explain the technical thing. The dental assistant, hygienist, and office admins that I have contact with are all professional, friendly, and helpful.

Went when it first opened. The dentist did the cleaning herself. Not thorough, doesn't clean in between and surface only. It hurt a lot. Still can't get over how terrible it was.

Dr. Jenna Chen is the best dentist I ever dealt with. I have been her patient for over 5 years now. Her bedside manner is brilliant and she has a way of making dental work go through with no pain. The addition of the ceiling TV makes time pass even faster. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone I care about.
