This location was super clean. Nicely designed and had a wash area that was so convenient all fast-food restaurants should be designed this way. Gives easy access to wash your hands get napkins and condiments, clean up waist bins and return cups and trays.

A&W - always fresh, went late so unfortunately they ran out thr spicy habenero burgers, so had the chubby chicken instead, it's not the same :( so just be mindful if visiting late there may have ran out of the spicy habs:)

Ordered food through the drive thru. After paying I felt like the employee wasn't really paying attention the entire time and decided to check my bad...sure enough half my order was missing. The person disappeared from the window as I could get their attention. Seem to he busy talking. I had to drive through again and let them know. Very frustrating as it seems fast good resteraunts quality is rapidly decreasing by people who have no experience in this industry.

Fresh burger join that still grills their patties. Value menu is very high quality. Clean restaurant. Prices are not cheap for regular menu items.

Really liking the new A&W. The teen burger has become my favorite. Fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup and mustard. Oh and real bacon that's not over cooked then topped off with better cheddar cheese! The $14 2xTeen Burger combo coupons is a real winner! Make it happen more please.

Spent more than a minute in front of the counter before the associate asked me if I was there to pick up an order (I just wanted to order). When I ordered the drink I was asked the size but wasn't given options, so when I asked for medium she defaulted to the regular. At over $5 for a lemonade I decided to go dry. It was hard to find a clean table even when we were the only ones dining in.

How come you charge full price for half empty bag of sweet potatoe fries with 4 regular fries in it? If I pay in full I deserve full bag not half empty bag. Even when I confronted the employee she wasn’t nice about it. It’s not my first time visiting A and W for sweet potato fries so I know how much quantity comes in it. Before you fool your customer next time think twice.

Food was good and I ordered a “Iced latte” but they gave me like two pieces of ice. I asked for a cup of ice to take with me and they WOULD NOT under and circumstances give me more ice.I was polite as ever could be and even told them their food was great but the way the treated me I will not come back to this location or perhaps any of the A&W in Canada

I visited on June 17, 2023 at approximately 2:45pm. I wanted to order a mama burger combo with a root beer and fries (add cajun seasoning) and a double buddy burger.Lots of issues:A) the girl who handed me the drink, the root beer was spilling on the sides of the drink, it soaked the end of the straw and she just gave me napkins to wipe it off. Decent customer service would be to take it back and wipe it off or hand a new drink. She just gave me a wad of napkin to clean it up myself.B) the girl is trying to upsell cheese on my burgers. Sure, since I love cheese but make sure it's actually added in the burger. When I took a bite of my mama burger, there was absolutely no cheese. 0.80 cents for no cheese.C) I love to add cajun seasoning on the fries. I made sure to iterate this multiple times please add cajun seasoning" to the fries. I take a bite of my fries and no cajun seasoning.The girl taking my order had to repeat multiple times to clarify my order
