Booked limousine for a concert. Paid over $1500 for an hour ride just to and from the concert. When asked if someone could get dropped off at home, along the way, refused to do so and said it wasn’t part of the contract. Inner roof liner was coated with alcohol as well. Very dirty and way over priced.

Booked with Apex for our wedding on June 4th. They provided an outstanding service. Quick responses leading up to the wedding which was much appreciated. The driver they sent was on time and did a good job. I would definitely recommend booking with Apex!!

Would HIGHLY recommend Apex limo and car service. We brought in a band from Nashville and I was so worried about things not going perfectly for them! BUT apex limo made sure it did! The band said they were a great car service and very friendly! They picked them up on time and we’re monitoring flights. They communicated with regularly. Would definitely recommend them! We hired apex for our wedding to drive us to our reception. Luxury SUV Vehicle was great, nice and spotless. Driver was professional and friendly. My only issue was our contract said pick-up @ 6:30, Drop-off @ 7:30 but the driver said it’s only shuttle service from “A to B” so we were 25 minutes early for our reception. After talking with the driver he let us sit in the vehicle until 7:15 - then we had to leave the vehicle and hide out in our hall until 7:30 when we told people we were arriving. It was disappointing that I tipped with payment prior to the service and didn’t get what was on the contract. You shouldn’t include a drop off time if it’s “A to B”

Must say we have enjoyed the Apex large 30 person vehicle twice in the last few months...to see the Eagles for my Wife's birthday , and last week to see the Oilers take care of Minnesota wild.. ..had a great time in the limo/bus with a great crew and Faisal and our driver/guide Imran helped make for two very enjoyable evenings.Highly recommended , but yes you will get many visa points for using the service...very much worth it.dave pescod

Well I can't say enough good things about Apex Limousine. We rented the 30 passenger party bus for Grad. Now dealing with 30 teenagers is not easy but these kids had the best time. Omar the driver was kind, patient and treated the kids with respect. Apex was very accommodating with us changing times and locations and always answered my calls/emails quickly. Thanks again Apex for giving these kids a grad to remember. We will definitely use you all again :)

Hands down, this has to be the best limousine company in Edmonton. This is the fourth company I’ve had experience with. The two others I had used for birthdays in the past were still great, and one I had a terrible (extremely terrible) experience with … but in the end, I am glad my now wife and I decided to use Apex Limousines for our wedding day.Faisal and his team were extremely professional, responsive and provided excellent service. Our party bus showed up very clean, stocked with glass flutes and two bottles of champagne for our special day. The driver was also dressed in full suit and tie. We’re very happy we chose Apex and would highly recommend that you do too.

We needed a party bus on short notice so he came to the rescue. He even upgraded us to a newer bus for the event that day!! 29 graduation kids were not disappointed. Exceptional customer service!!! While we initially had issue with getting a call back, Faisal was very polite and courteous once we connected. The party bus arrived on time, very clean, and warm. We booked on short notice and they were willing work with us to accommodate our request.The party had an amazing time and will definitely use APEX again in the future.
