Their care, professionalism and passion for their work is really incredible, and speaks wonders for the business. Would highly recommend having a visit with Sue or one of her therapists on staff.

Sue and her team are wonderful. My wife and I loved the amazing resources shared by family TLC through their website, podcasts, Youtube videos, and their mobile app. They were really helpful to our family during pandemic. I would highly recommend family TLC to anyone who wants to have a better life.

The initial intake to getting the first appointment booked took very long and required follow-up by me 3 times. The first therapist left after 4 sessions and my daughter had to transfer to a new one. The billing is a nightmare! They forgot GST, billed without my authorization twice, told me they removed my credit card from their files and continually bill me. I have no idea if the actual counseling is effective as my daughter attends and not myself. But I can tell you that I may need counseling to deal with the incompetence displayed at this business. If you have other options, choose differently.Update: I just received an invoice emailed from an appointment 7 months ago. The 'challenges ' with the new system continue. My review and rating stands. Avoid!

During Covid our family was going through a difficult time. We did not know where to turn to for help as one family member was helping another and that family member was getting help from another. I researched online therapist and found Family TLC. It was such a blessing to work with our therapists and rely on someone outside the family without feeling like a burden. Even though we have cut the sessions from once a week to once a month, we still find it very valuable and will continue working with FTLC. There are so many online therapists out there, but if you are looking for a suggestion, I highly recommend this company.

Sue Cook and her counsellors are amazing!! So friendly, professional, and they really care about everyone they work with. Definitely recommend if you need help or want to be a better person. They are great.

It pains me to add a one star review, but we have tried two counsellors because the first was either late or missed scheduled appointments, and the second, on the second appointment, stood us up after a 30 minute drive. I don't understand how these alleged professionals operate when they don't show up for appointments that they themselves make. It doesn't make the client feel like they are a priority, that's for sure.
