Very blessed to know and have Inas as my therapist, I've been to many and she is the best one I've ever had.

I enjoyed my sessions with Dr J Mole and was able to understand more about myself - however the business practices made me leave the practice. I was a patient from 2021-2022. Like most therapy offices there is a 24 cancellation rule.Pathways cancelled my appointment several times (minimum 3 by text message) within the 24 hours notice window during that one year. One cancellation was <1 hour before my appointment. I was not angry because I understand life happens, but I did request that the office make a note for some leniency in case I ever needed to cancel; the front desk staff agreed to do that and added a note to my file.However, one session I tested positive for Covid the same day as my session, and the office wanted to charge me $160 for missing the appointment. They offered an option of a virtual appointment, but I do not feel that EMDR is productive for me when done virtually. When I brought up the note on my file, it was dismissed by the Clinical Director (who was Dr J Mole, my former therapist). I then requested one final session done over video call where we could recap everything learned during our year together in a nice tidy way, and that option was rejected as well.I found that incredibly unfair when they were able to cancel several times with no penalty - I needed to physically turn my car around more than once due to my therapist cancelling the appointment and I live a fair distance away. I do not support that type of business practice and I no longer go here.PS. I’m STILL waiting for my file/notes to be transferred to my current therapist… almost a year later…

I very much appreciate dr. Mole's patience and kindness in helping me better understand my relationship with my adult child; and understand myself better in the process. I very much appreciate his undivided attention throughout the sessions, focusing on what I am saying and providing very thoughtful, comments and practical advice on how to see the issue from another person's perspective without accusing or judging me or others.I came to see dr. Mole very traumatized after a horrible family session experience with a therapist in another province.Dr. Mole's kindness and sincerity helped me to restore trust that some therapists may help. I am learning a lot from his precise questions that trigger thoughts in days and weeks after the sessions, and I value these short, wise comments that come back to me over and over again, like this last one about meeting and loving people where they are and as they are"."
