I had the most underwhelming experience at the Staples at the Winston Churchill, Oakville location. I wanted to make a Flexiti card. I waited for more than half an hour but no one could help me. All the associates were ‘locked out’. No one was able to ‘log in’. Moreover I wanted to buy an iPhone and one associate told me they don’t sell iPhones at all. Another one told him, yes they do! Don’t know which was more informed. Just walked out without a purchase!

I came in 2 days before my wedding to print a lot of things...large table chart, poster boards, programs, etc. Kaitlyn provided exceptional service and ensured my job was completed quickly and on time - same day service! Her attention to detail, willingness to help, and pleasant demeanor during an otherwise stressful period did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

My first time at Staples for back to school supplies , and a laptop and printer at the store . I was assisted by Majd who helped me with the complete shopping experience.Majd was very knowledgeable and amazing and I feel like I got the best deal possible and got to learn more about my products.I was also helped by Harpreet at the printing section of the store for my passport photos.I will definitely come back to this amazing store in the future .The store is conveniently located in a huge complex with tons of parking space close to Winners and RBC Branch.

Don’t go for photo. I need a visa photo print and electronic version. They told me to bring my own usb, otherwise buy one from the shop, not able to send email. Hello? It’s 2023 ok? Is this the way you boost your sales? Ridiculous

Service was a little slow at the print desk as I was in line for a few minutes before anyone helped me. Once I was helped though the work performed was very good.

If I could give a 0 I would. The staff are not trained properly on communicating SLAs related to the services they offer and completely mislead and lack attention to detail. They do not properly inform customers on the correct information required to make an informed decision regarding paying for any services. Also, 2 separate representatives confirmed they completed something only to received an email from head office customer care saying what was being requested was not possible.Stay away at all costs, will be disputing the $14 with my bank based on principle. Evidently the $14 is so important to staples that they are willing to sacrifice the customer experience for the petty amount of money. If you are looking for photo services I would suggest the self serve kiosks at Henry’s or Costco around the corner before I went here. Hopefully this helps someone from experiencing the same poor experience I did.

So friendly staff in the printing center, who offered me a lot of useful advice and help with my project prints. Really appreciate and definitely will comeback for my next project.

The associates are always very friendly and helpful. I like how you can print labels for a cheap price and mail it out in the same location.

This branch has multiple parcel / packaging / shipping services. The best place to go for School and Office supplies.

Lyana assisted me at the Print Centre. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful… Efficient but also had a keen eye for detail when it came to printing and cutting my coupons.I feel like she gave me best deal possible.
