They have inexperienced nurses. She has to poke few time for my toddler's vaccination.They changed our appointments without informing. Whenwe visited during our original time, we were told vaccination can't be done on that day. When I called to rebook, no appointment available before my travel.

Excellent experience. I had previously been to another clinic, near Metrotown, and all that nurse did was made me feel like she was selling me something, causing me to second guess the recommendations (which for Kenya, there are many.... $$). The Dr at this clinic was amazing, very matter of fact and reassuring. Nurse was experienced and answered all my questions as well. And best of all, many of their vaccine prices were FAR less than the other quote I had. I would definitely go back!!

they changed an appointment at last minute and an admin placed in one spot then changed time again. had to reorganize my all day schedule to fit in. make sure they do not change your schedule around

Had to cancel my morning appointment due to weather conditions so I left a voicemail at 7:30am before opening hours to see if it could be rescheduled. Receptionist later calls me reminding me rudely about my missed appointment... not professional
