First time in along time I came across a business that still values old fashion customer service. All the staff members was great, Jonathan really knows his product knowledge and I look forward to doing business here . Anyone that gives this business less then 5 stars probably sits at the kitchen table building forts out of there mashed potatoes.

This business is impressive. I'm a new Christmas tree grower and noticed their ad in a NS Christmas Tree publication and called to see if they had some specific shearing equipment I was looking for. From my first call the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and caring! I made the trip down from Dartmouth on a Saturday figuring it would be a fairly transactional process. The lady I ended up speaking with initially had used every piece of equipment I inquired about for shearing herself so she was happy to share her experience and even some shearing tips. I had some questions about a chainsaw since I was looking to add a 2nd saw to my small but growing fleet of equipment. She asked a repair technician (Lloyd I believe) to come speak with me....another wealth of information. He asked some questions about what I planned to use the saw for to understand what would best suit my current Christmas tree operation. He pointed me to the saw that he felt would be best for me and he had extensive usage on that model himself. He then proceeded to share a tip to shear trees twice as fast with motorized shears and went and got one to show me. They are top shelf and I expect to make a trip down regularly to buy from a small business that is doing it right, that I can depend on. They were very helpful and worth the drive from wherever you are! Thank you for your help!
