This is an amazing clinic. They are busy but always try to fit you in as soon as they can. The team is caring and professional and Doctor Wong-pac is great as well. I’m very grateful to have them taking care of our fur babies!

Honestly first time I went there it was good. That just opened a door for them too hold insulin and needles and force you to spend Hundreds of $$ for exams she don't need them they hold the insulin and needles hostage to force you too come in. Also the doctor is in part time. This is going too the papers really..

I went to this animal hospital only when my vet,'s clinic was closed . I had to paid three different medications. One medication is for dilated eyes . When I got home two of the medications were opened and one of the medication was going to expired within a month. I called and insisted to return and get a new one. When I picked up the medication Dr. Pak told me that he would exchange for me this time only because the medication is still ok. I didn't say anything but I already know I don't trusted him. After 10 days my dog's eye didn't get better so I went back to my own vet and show him the medication and told me the medication for dilated eyes was not helpful. I just remembered one time Dr pak sold me eardrops medication for dog's skin irritation. Dr. Pak is dishonest person try to scam your money.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Our puppy had an appointment with Dr Robert, our first experience in a vet clinic. Very approachable, he answers all your questions very carefully and with attention. We felt very comfortable with the people in this branch.

Dr Wong-pack and staff are amazing! I live 3 hrs away from this clinic and it's worth the drive to get the best care for all of our dog's. Always professional and kind. They always go the extra mile to ensure that the best care is offered and provided to your loved one! Thank you all for looking after our family and generation of dogs.

Taken my past 2 dogs here and my current boy Colt, dr Wong-Pack is very professional, intelligent, great at communicating and has been great for my dogs, he tells it how it is and doesn’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need. All the staff are friendly and great with colt even when he’s having a bit of a meltdown from nail trimming or needles. I highly recommend coming here for your local vet needs.

Most AMAZING staff. I had horrible anxiety about having to take my dog for vaccine and Bloodwork. The staff here were AWESOME and so caring. My dog was in/out so fast, neither of us had time to be worried. Gave me all my options and provided great information and education. A+++ service.

Excellent!! Staff is amazing and kind. Went for my 12 wk pups first shots. Dr is thorough, he recommends and explains the purpose but at the same time will not enforce certain shots or treatments. Very covid safe 1 customer at a time and they even brought my little guy some water while we waited outside. For a first time appointment my pup was calm and took his shot like a champ but truly the staff went above and beyond. Definitely recommend to anyone in or out of neighborhood.

The staff here were nice and seemed genuine although ultimately I was disappointed. I took my cat in for what appeared to be a urinary infection. The vet was unable to get a urine sample and I was sold a home kit to get the sample myself. 95 dollar consultation fee no surprise. 95 dollar cost for a sample kit (tiny plastic syringe and tiny container for urine) is purely disgusting. Then the special rocks that you can collect the urine off of were 30 dollars. No big deal. When the vet was explaining the process he pulled the bag open and showed me the individual rock package which I didn't think anything of at the time. When I got home I realized there was only 2 rock packages inside and it is supposed to contain 3. So I paid almost 300 bucks to be given a incomplete urine sampling kit so they could get rid of a return? No matter the reason this is deceitful behavior and extremely unprofessional. If I can't trust you to sell me overpriced rocks I am definitely not going to trust you with my animals. Will not be returning and I don't advise you to either.
