The building is old and room size is tiny but the cost of living is really high , you can get a room across the street at Elizabeth Ave for half the price. Only people living here are freshmen who dont know what they have gotten into.

Beautiful pond located at the center of university. Some students are lucky enough to have a residence opposite this pond. They can enjoy good view from their window with hot cup of coffee and some snack. Many people visit this pond to feed duck and in spring you can also see little ducklings roaming with their mama duck.
