This company was recommended by Paladin Security as Paladind did not have the resources to do the work.I reached out to 'Rex' at Kalamalka Security through email and followed up with a phone call for a security engagement and NEVER received any reply. When I contacted the dispatcher for Kalamalka Security (during regular business hours) as followup to my email, it sounded like I either got that person out of bed or woke them from a very deep sleep. I was not confident that my message was understood or that it would be forwarded to 'Rex'.This and the lack of any further contact (no return call or email) with Kalamalka Security left me with the impression that the company lacked the necessary customer service skills to adequately perform any security work. Even a phone call or email from the company saying they weren't interested in the engagement would have been helpful. Not responding in any fashion is just plain poor customer service.I would not, and never will recommend this company for any type of work. They get a one star review from me and that's being generous!

From what I hear they don't pay overtime, no raises, no room for advancement. No thanks!

They really did a great job for me, the guard was very professional and in a nice uniform. The management was also very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing security services
