Prices keep going up, you have to call them to get a better deal but can’t get through to them. Tried doing the online chat and that service is down. Brutal service and not worth what you pay. Will be switching providers

A query needs to be resolved. Giving a negative review is not in anyone's interest and to no benefit. I would prefer to recommend and speak of positive outcome and betterments.

I’ve been calling for 2 days in a row, I waited 2 hours on Monday and I waited 1.5 hours on Tuesday, nobody answers the phone and the loud horrible music is annoying. I tried the chat line and nobody replied. I am quite frustrated. I need to cancel the service as my mother passed away and during this busy and overwhelming time, this has been frustrating and not to mention time consuming. Who has 2 hours to wait to talk to someone and not get anywhere. Horrible service. I will walk into the store tomorrow, deliver the equipment and cancel the service and I hope they will help me.

An Eastlink salesman came to my door last week. I hate this type of sales tactic as you have no time to consider your options. They pressure you to sign up at the door to take advantage of discount prices. They also don't seem to know their product, as some of the information I was provided was wrong, which I only found out after by calling Eastlink when he left. I will stick with Sunwire as their customer service is superior and the pricing is straight forward and honest.

Well to say the least worse service I've been having issues with internet for years only in the winter time ... I called complaining tech came out fixed the wiring inside and switched box .. this also happened 3 times I called again started getting upset with them as it was still happening.. after that call my internet is going out daily from 2 to about 630 everyday its like clock work seems really fishy starting they are doing this deliberately and I will have an investigation put in

Went to the New Sudbury retail location to return my sister's digital box and cancel her service when she passed away last March. The supervisor was very helpful and understanding. They don't accept equipment returns but gpacked up the box for us and even printed the shipping label to return the box. He canceled the service and said the refund for over payment of ~$500 would be sent withing 2 weeks. Never saw a refund to her estate. Instead they sent a bill for the missing box. After several calls and sent a bill for an unreturned cable box. 10 months and several calls later still not resolved. They said boxes go missing all the time and the refund would be sent. It never was.

Have been trying to call them to cancel my service for three days. Have spent over 5hrs total on hold, Have requested three callbacks, and tried the chat option. Internet was constantly cutting out my time with them.Not worth the price.

Probably the worst company to contact with problems. I have been waiting to talk with a ‘real’ person for over 1 1/2 hours. Have tried three times today….still waiting…..what does this tell you about the company? They don’t care about you at all!
