If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible service... long drive through times, and they like wasting peoples time. Sat here for half an hour for them to tell me they dont have what I ordered. Place is a joke. Go to Whynotcookies up the road, better food, prices and service.

I asked for 4 different very common items and they didn't have any of them. I just kept hearing no. This was at supper time. Not even a crazy time of day. I just left the drive through without getting anything.

I don't usually come to this location because the drive thru takes forever. Made the mistake of going to the drive thru for the first time in a year or better, 6 cars = 28 minute.With regards to you response your employee gave me a slip to leave a review on your site. It had my order number for my visit on Wednesday the day I left this review, and the print out given to me for for Monday (surprise pre printed reciept, so when it asks, if this is in regards to my visit on Monday and I respond no), I can't leave the review... talk about under handed... wow. So, needless to say I didn't get a chance to leave a review on the site. Just a thought... seeing as most of the negative reviews are about the bad service maybe read through them (also, maybe get them to clean the coffee pot once and a while so the coffee doesn't taste burnt!) and do something about it?!?! Sad that this location is so very bad! Myself, my hubby, mother-in-law and other friends have boycotted this Tim's because of the deplorable service and subpar food and drinks. Shame on the owner and management.

We used the drive thru on this trip.The coffee and tea were nice & hot .. a perfect pick me up for that mid day break.It was a very long and slow-moving lineup though.

Their employee made us a roast beef cravable and forgot to put on the roast beef, then proceeded to ask us to put it on ourselves

Visit this Timmies with my wife when we are on dayshift. Friendly efficient staff and good food. However, they are constantly out of some food, or their equipment is broken. Took a week to fix a toaster. Ice caps often not available. Don't have this issue at the one we visit on afternoon shift.

Worst Tim’s in town. The customer service is horrible. They treat eachother with no repesct so how could you expect them to be nice to customers?

I have to say this has to be the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. Have been in four times as have recently moved to St Thomas - first time order was wrong, second time line up ignored as focussed on drive through, waited 8 minutes to even be acknowledged, third time line up up 9 people and no one even looking at the counter, only two staff serving and in the drive through- this morning I just walked out, 6 in line, two staff and both on drive through, appalling service.
