if I could give minus stars I would. Scarbourgh branch is the worst they don't answer the phone or do anything in a timely matter, but unfortunately that's who you must go through if you get hurt and go on disability. only 1 person will talk to you about your case, and if that person goes on vacation your out of luck wait till they come back could be a few weeks though they aren't in a rush. WORST PLACE EVER. they kept sending my information to a address that cant receive mail even though I changed it 4 times! 4 Times! then they had the nerve to tell me no you did receive it you are lying, but very next day they call oh there is a pile of documents for you here where do we send it to, like seriously just changed the address

They are very slow they dont communicate back they are rude you cant get straight answer from them. The lady hung on me

They don't know how to answer a phone and take forever getting back to you if they do at all... worst company I have ever had to deal with.
