Do not use this company for debt relief assistance. My mother is on the verge of losing her car because Tax Relief were back logged with files. After telling my mother not to answer debtors calls because her paperwork is in the process. Two weeks into this fiasco and 5 days from her vehicle being sold off to auction, she still isn’t given an answer. Sharira hasn’t answered her calls always out of the office. Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible.

Great for getting my refunds that I didn't know I was owed. However very pushing when trying to collect their fees. Told them that as soon as the refund arrived the invoice what be paid. Even after paying the invoices they still called and emailed several times. They don't send any paperwork for your records was told I have to call CRA myself to get paperwork. They also lie about reporting your payments to the credit bureau. Paid my last payment on February 10th still none of the 3 payments have been reported to the credit bureau. Was told by the credit bureau transunion credit agency they don't deal with this company another lie. Received 2 more email and phones calls regarding outstanding invoices they were paid in February.THEY DON'T REPORT YOUR PAYMENTS TO CREDIT BUREAU ONLY WHEN YOU DONT PAY THE INVOICES IS IT REPORTED SO THAT IT GOSE AS A BAD DEBT

Made an error that cost me 4 grand, useless company don't recommend unless you choose to pay for their mistakes

Apparently I looked into this service in 2022 via Facebook(Which I do not actually have.... )They've been hounding me for quite some time like I get emails all the time but they've somewhat stopped only recently until today . ALSOIF I decide to use your services than leave it up to ME to contact YOU. I find it annoying being continually emailed (and apparently phoned) when clearly I have not replied.I received an email this morning saying something like we've been trying to reach you about your recent inquiry but our records show your number is not in service or active...Weird because I have had the same # for like....ever.So I decided to call the woman she was clearly reading from some sort of script or something because at some point she said something along the lines of I'm contacting you because ...." I stopped her and said wait a second I contacted you

Best help I have got while doing taxes, usually panicking as I can barley make appointments due to camp and fishing work just an email away. Also there’s going to do my year before and the wife’s 2 years as well the payment of how quick And easy it is for them to do it, very happy j, thank you I’ll be using there service every year from now on

ATTENTION: AviI would like to take back everything i said about Canada Tax Reviews. I am sure this has happen to alot of clients. They take a huge commission first of all and then they falsely report to the credit bureau that you haven't paid. Believe it or not they said i didnt pay my commission when i did and have reported missed payments for over a year! YES OVER A YEAR..They put an R2 because of it and when i call them they accept their mistake but hide behind emails and tell you its resolved when it isnt. They tell me i need to call Equifax? Its their billing employees that report this obviously. All they want is their commission and then they dont careThanksSalim

Very quick and fast. Got me a refund that is taking care of a student loan. Even with using tax software on my own, they have found money I would never have seen. Thank you. Now it's In the hands of the government to finish, if only they were as effient as you all are
