The young woman at this shop was very helpful and was able to provide a great deal of information that was very valuable in choosing the right bonsai tree. Today, getting this kind of help and knowledge is a treasure. So happy there are still people and businesses who care about the service they offer.

I recently purchased a Jade Bonsai from Bonsai Ottawa as a gift for my husband. I couldn't be happier with the bonsai that was delivered to my home. When I called the staff at Bonsai Ottawa for advice on how to properly care for the bonsai, they were very helpful and friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Bonsai Ottawa!

I love this place!!! I am so happy with this shop. The shop is so beautiful and the staff is extremely helpful. This is my favorite place to shop for my plants and flowers. The bonsai guru guy was so nice and helpful, he answered all my questions and helped me tremendously. With his help I am now not killing my plants. With his expertise I now know how to properly take care of my plants and how to not neglect them. Now they are thriving. I have learned so much from the staff. They are all very kind and very professional. I highly recommended you to shop for all your plants and flowers especially their bonsai selection. I will forever shop here for all my plant needs. Thank you for making my shopping a breeze and helping me. Truly an amazing shop. Keep up the great work!!

Bought our first bonsai from Bonsai Ottawa two months ago. The lady who served us was knowledgeable and patient with us as first time buyers. The 9 year old juniper is thriving. The care instructions provided were very good and the internet is full of useful information. The store is ready with advice if you need it.

I purchased a Classic Juniper Bonsai for my Fiancée for our Anniversary and it arrived yesterday, Bonsai Ottawa's Customer Service is top notch and timely. The product received is beautifully arranged and in excellent condition and appears to be very healthy and well taken care of prior to delivery. I have included a few photos for reference here. I would highly recommend this small local business, they are friendly and very well operated. I will be happy to support this local business again in the future. Thank You for making our Anniversary a very special one for my Fiancée!

What a lovely experience here. Stopped in out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised by the grace, kindness, and courtesy of staff. Nicholas was extremely informative and well-versed as his knowledge was vast in regards to bonsais. Taking the time to explain all of the different varieties, care instruction and store offerings, I would highly recommend anybody in search of bonsai‘s to make this their first stop shop. Will no doubt be a returning customer.
