Awful logistics. Waste of time. Your best bet is finding an agent as soon as you arrive and have them take you directly through the process. Otherwise you might get stuck in 3 different queues before being allowed to check in (missing a flight in the process! Yay!)

Worst baggage handlers ever!They’ve lost my luggage multiple times and it’s a miracle to get my luggage within 2 hours of landing. Very disorganized. Wrecks peoples days to be so delays, when we could be spending quality time doing better things!!

Fantastic service from YTZ to YUL and back for a business trip. On time. Great snacks and free drinks. Bravo!

Brutal on-time record for Windsor -Toronto - Windsor flights. Do not attempt to make a connection with one of these flights. Over-head bins are too small to fit standard carry on bags. Seriously Air Canada, stop promising something you cannot deliver.

I've been in this airport for 5 hours and in that time, not ONE Air Canada plane has left on time. Staff is clueless and terminal is FILTHY

One star for RACIST STAFF. Just flew round trip YTZ - YUL this weekend. On the way back to Toronto there was one lady staff who was racist. When I boarded I said hello to her and smile (like I always do), she ignored me and kept talking to a passenger sat on first row. When I got off, she ignored me again but she said ‘bye and have a nice’ to people before and after me. And during the flight she: a) ignored me when serving drinks and snacks; b) said thank you/merci to people and took over from their hands when collecting empty cups and snack bags, but at my turn she didn’t even look at me or say anything, just stood bedside me waiting for me to throw trash at the bin (I sat by the window). In conclusion, she REFUSED TO SAY ANYTHING TO ME even though I was doing nothing. Hence, RACIST.Also, it was a tiny plane with narrowed everything, why this air hostess is about a dangerous 180lbs (she literally had to squeeze through the alley, same height as me but size of me*2, biggest air hostess I ever seen in my life).

Very busy, a must to know if it's terminal #1 or #3 your going to.
