The staff at RomolaMed centre is very professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and my experience with Olga was excellent... She took her time telling me all about the procedure, and what my options were and explained to me the benefits of the treatment but then she honestly analyze that another treatment meets my concern. Olga communicates effectively and with respect, sensitivity, and compassionate. I really appreciate the honesty and care I received during my visit.I look forward for my next appointment.If you want someone who really cares about your skin concern, I recommend this place without hesitation.

Had Olga remove a ton of skin tags over 2 sessions in March 2020. Place is very clean and Olga was fantastic I would not hesitate to go back and highly recommend Olga !

An unprofessional and understaffed establishment trying to come off as being busy. There is only 1 esthetician here and appointments are nearly impossible to make. I purchased a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasion treatments from here. I booked my first session with difficulty- my calls weren’t picked up and the voicemail I sent wasn’t returned. After 1 week I tried emailing and got a response. Then for the 3rd treatment, I tried for 6 months to get an appointment. They only have availabilities on weekdays, making it difficult for working people to make an appointment. After driving 1.5 hrs after work to make my appointment, my appointment was cancelled right when I finally arrived. I asked for a refund, knowing it will probably not given. On top of it the blame was put on me for choosing a “busy” medical centre that is not near me.

They did an excellent job on removing all my skin tags. Thank you.

Olga was very informative & answered any questions I had. She was also very flexible with scheduling appointments
