I highly recommend Nutrisential Inc.The Registered Dietitian was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She was very flexible with my work schedule and keen on ensuring I reached my goals. As a shift worker it was difficult for me to follow and stick to a plan and she provided helpful hints. She included many handouts for my knowledge which she went over and specified which sections to focus on. She was also able to work with my budget and recommend specific grocery stores/ products. Great service and super convenient to do appointments from home!

The nutritionists are very professional and make you feel at ease throughout your appointment. Their nutrition advice has been very valuable through my journey. Their nutrition counselling virtual appointments are very convenient and efficient especially during the pandemic.
