Review Better business bureau delivery and warranty complaints before ordering. An absolute nightmare. Can’t say anything about quality of the products, almost 2 months (updated to 3 months now) past the estimated 6 month delivery date, still have not received the recliners. Company has had deposit of half the price of our purchase for over 7 months and cancelling order is 50% restocking fee I can’t stress enough, DO NOT shop here. Especially if you are thinking about having lovely furniture for holiday entertaining, ETA’s are meaningless. UPDATE received both chairs today. Beyond disappointed, brand new chair, $1500, never even sat in, and has an obvious defect on the side I can’t smooth out. Shop elsewhere!!!!

What an excellent experience. I knew what I wanted. I set foot in the store and a lovely associated named Rebecca was there to help me out from the start.I told her which recliners I was after, helped me see the colour I was after plus a few helpful others. I put a down payment on 2, took multiple samples home and it turns out the colour picked was right on the one I was hoping for. Surprisingly I fell in love with yet another pattern she sent home and had 2 sets of pillows ordered in that colour as well.The store itself is exceptionally clean, the rest of the staff were very welcoming and friendly and it was very easy from first stepping in. I recommend you visit here too!

LOOKS BEAUTIFUL BUT DON'T SIT IN IT!!Less than a year ago I purchased a Fletcher high leg recliner and I’ve already had 1 service call to correct the bad upholstery around the legs .I am now noticing that the fabric on the seat is pilling. The chair is used lightly as it’s a 2 person household and only I sit in it.I haven’t even finished paying for the chair yet and there has been nothing but issues. I was always under the impression that Lazy Boy was a top brand and high quality but I was obviously mistaken. I contacted them and their states Pilling is not a defect within La-Z-boy standards. We suggest purchasing a fabric shaver and shaving the unitbut I can order a new seat as a courtesy for the unit and have a technician install it"Not happy with the reply or solution since it will just happen again. Buyer beware. Lovely to look at but poor quality workmanship."

Poor quality. Thought we were buying well made furniture. Techs have been back repeatedly to fix sofa legs, sofa and chair stuffing. Our chair had to basically be remade. First tech spent 2 hours on it. The stuffing has broken down quickly and we are now replacing/repairing on our own dime. Techs admit that this brand does not have the quality that it used to be known for. Will not be buying La-z-boy again.

Staff were friendly, helpful and what was greatly appreciated not pushey at all. We have ordered a new recliner couch and chairs 6-8 week delivery. Will update on the delivery process and quality but we are happy with the process so far.

I purchased our living room furniture from Sheila Aikman at Lazyboy in London and was very pleased with the service. She listened to what I needed, knew the options available and worked with me to figure out the best options. She also suggested Faye the designer come and help with the measurements and layout with pictures. She followed up, provided updates and made good suggestions to have things go smoothly. She knows her job well. The guys who delivered today were awesome and careful and polite and fast. Really couldn’t ask for more! The whole experience was very good beginning to end and I’d recommend them highly.

We stopped in at La-Z-Boy yesterday looking for a new sofa and chair. The Sales Professional, Adam Bernier, was very knowledgable and helped us with what we were looking for. He was fun to work with and we would recommend him.

I did not have a good experience with Lazy Boy, Chair needed to be fixed as soon as I got it, it was missing bolts and screws, and they wouldn’t let me return it. Rude customer support.

Our experience with the London branch was excellent. We were provided with the option of having and in home consultation with rendering to view our areas requiring furnishings. We were able to work with Stephanie and Sue to build a plan for furnishing our space. We have since ordered furnishings and await delivery. The staff were focused on our wants and not overselling. We feel the staff worked hard getting us fair prices. Very positive interaction. Stephanie even came in on her day off to finalize our list. Appreciated!

Was very happy with the salesperson that sold our sofa to us...Great delivery people . One year later our leather started coming off ...We had bought extra warranty thank goodness but my biggest disappointment is in the way it was all handled ...Waited almost a month for someone to email us so we had to call again. Instead of replacing the sofa they intend to take the part & recover it . As far as we are concerned it should never have happened in the first place & now we lost our trust in them altogether...So we will never buy from them ever again...It was supposed to be a $6000.00 sofa which we paid $4000.00 for and if this is what happens when we buy leather at that price then have it fade away well we will stick to cheaper sofas...
