Jarek Gora Massage Therapy

I have always found Jarek to be polite , professional , knowledgeable and excellent at massage treatment. He has been my therapist for almost 4 years. Assisted me before and after hip surgery. Before surgery, he assisted by keeping my muscles in good working order enabling me to walk most days without pain. Post surgery, he made sure my surgeon cleared me , to allow massage therapy to take place. Jarek has enabled me to have a smoother and faster recovery time and now I am on maintenance therapy. I have recommended Jarek to my friends and family.

I went to Jarek for a prenatal massage and was so happy with the experience and results. He made me feel 100% comfortable which was great, as I have had a few unpleasant experiences with other male massage therapists. Jarek will NOT make you feel this way at all - like I said, it feels like a very safe, welcoming space for everyone of all genders and walks of life to come and receive a massage. We also have some people with health concerns in our extended family and so we continue to be cautious about COVID - I wear a mask there and am never judged. I also feel very safe in the sense that Jarek’s workspace is very clean and clearly follows safety protocols and that he respects/values his clients and their health. The massage itself was wonderful, I felt incredible afterwards, have gone back again and will continue to return to Jarek to ease my pregnancy aches and pains, and regular aches and pains! 10/10!

Save your time and money and go see Jarek now. Over the last six years, I have seen 10+ specialists (incl. RMTs, Chiros, Physios, Acupuncturists & Dentists), which rarely resulted in any relief. During our first chat, Jarek asked questions I hadn't been asked before about my issues in order to provide his thoughts re: root causes, along with an overview of his proposed treatment plan.He always leverages his health sciences background to explain what's happening during his sessions, and consistently gives ideas of what I can do at home to minimize the need for ongoing treatment. For the first time since 2015, I have experienced prolonged relief, and I am confident that Jarek will get me to a steady-state where I feel like a normal person again. He is an example of what happens when someone's passion, vocation, and mission meld together to drive professional excellence, and I cannot recommend him enough.

Jarek Gora is incredible at what he does. It is like an art to him. He helped me through some of the worst sciatic pain I have ever experienced. He worked with me on exercises to do at home and suggestions on how to help with the pain. His treatments actually work. They aren't just a 60 min massage that you leave feeling like you need a massage an hour later. They actually help to fix the pain. During the massage I like to ask a lot of questions about anatomy and massage therapy and Jarek is so informative and makes sure I understand his answers.He always has my taste in music playing for me in the background. The room is very clean and sanitary. Appointment times are accommodating. I recommend him to all of my friends and family. Actually my husband and sister also use him. We will never go anywhere else!

Jarek is magic! I swear! I recommend him to everyone I know. It's not your typical massage where you feel good during then after the pain is still there; he legitimately fixes you. I have had my back, foot, shoulder and neck all done (some due to injury) and he fixed them all! He also does great explanations on as to why you have that pain, what is causing it, etc. He's very knowledgeable and is great to talk to. Super passionate and professional in his work/art. Highly, highly recommend!

Excellent service, Jarek is highly educated in his field of massage therapy. I had a lingering shoulder and upper back injury which was hindering my ability to work and weight train efficiently for extended periods of time. Met with jarek and he quickly addressed the problems through a series of mechanical shoulder movements to pin point the root cause of the problem. Through a deep tissue massage and a series of different strenching routines he alleviated the pain and got my range of motion back rather quickly. Will definitely go back and recommend to any one suffering from sport, work and accident related injuries/pain, to visit Jarek at his clinic.

I truly do not know if I would be fully functional at this point without Jarek! Jarek is very professional, caring, has a clean work environment, is highly educated & always makes people feel very comfortable. Jarek blows me away with his knowledge & knowing exactly what is happening with my body when I am in pain. I have always and will always recommend Jarek to anyone seeking an RMT. Jarek is an incredibly talented and knowledgable massage therapist. He is truly passionate about what he does and takes the time to understand his patients in order to provide the best and most relevant services for their specific needs.Although it's clear that Jarek knows the medical and technical terms for everything he took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand which is something I really appreciate.
