Very disappointed, they cut my internet without notifications, now they told me i need to wait 5 days with no internet after the support redirected me at least 5 times.

Courteous employees, but the manager ended up giving me the wrong info on a smartphone model he was unfamiliar with. Wanted to exchange it, yet I had to call back 4 times over 6 days because he never did it himself, as assured. Overall, customer service after I closed acontract and bought the phone was very disappointing.

I have 4 lines with this company. The worst service I have ever got with a company. Customer service personnel with no experience and negative attitudes do not show any kind of willingness to help or to collaborate. I am totally disappointed.I don't recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve never left a review for a phone provider but I have to shout out the great manager and employee that helped me today! The employee that helped me out was in training and had his fantastic manager by his side making sure he was giving me the best service and paying attention to every detail. It shows that this manager has been doing her job for a very long time because she was extremely friendly, patient and professional. My background’s in sales and I could tell you she’s a great salesperson as well. Thank you again for your wonderful service :)

VRaiment pas impressionné... Pas capable d'avoir de donner quand tu est a l'hopital... Aucun forfait illimité et pire même si tu les achete a gros prix... Ils mettent un arret apres 20 G... Sans savoir vraiment pas pourquoi !!! Je ne recommande plus même si je suis avec eux depuis plus de 3ans !!!!

Après avoir eu un service épouvantable en ligne avec Virgin je me suis présentée à Place Rosemère. C'est Isabelle Lagacé qui s'est occupée de moi, super sympathique et efficace. Elle a tout fait pour m'aider.
