Thank you to NorthShore Windows! I did my research, both online and by gathering recommendations from neighbours. After getting 4 estimates, I chose NSW because they were the most competitive, I liked the Milgard product and I liked that this company is local, smallish, and has been around for many years. The window industry has some major players who bombard us with their marketing schemes and who employ aggressive up-selling techniques to pressure customers once they get into your home (neighbours’ experience!) Jonathan, the owner of NSW, was immediate in providing estimates and options. He was also very supportive as I struggled with my design decisions. Kelly, managing the showroom and the daily flow, was so patient, helpful, and personable. The crew, Luke, Louis, and Wesley were focused and skilled and incredibly efficient. I will use this company again. I highly recommend NorthShore Windows on Welch Avenue in NV.

Northshore Windows was fantastic from start to finish. There communication was excellent and they finished the job well ahead of schedule. The crew that showed up worked amazingly quickly and cleaned up beautifully. Will hire them again for any window or door needs.

I had my windows replaced by Northshore Windows, and they were fantastic to deal with. Jon the owner is incredibly responsive and provides great customer service. Their staff are professional, friendly, detail-oriented and do excellent work on a timely basis. Their finishing sets them apart from other windows companies. I definitely recommend this company.

From start to finish, everything was done professionally, in the allotted time frame and with no impact at all to our daily routine.From Johnathan, our first point of contact, to Kelly in the office & to the exceptional crew, the communication was excellent & it was a seamless transition from old to top quality, new windows. I shopped around and this was the most pleasant to work with and best priced company for a good quality product. I wanted a virtual quote and Jonathan was happy to provide with some pics and measurements. He was clear on prices, what is included or not, and timelines and stayed true to these. The window replacement guys were respectful and kept everything clean. Workmanship is fantastic, and prices/product are better than the big companies with lots of ads (I checked).

Northshore Windows proved to be a great disappointment. They claim to be experts in their field but when confronted with a complex difficult install it was evident that they are not qualified to be experts. Worst of all they placed blame on the window manufacturer rather than cooperating and learning from the manufacturer. The difficult install was successfully finished by a different company, who did not have great experience but had good attitude and made the job look simple.
