Hair Sense

I've only started going out to salons to get my hair cut, and Ms Choi is so lovely and sweet! She makes the client feel very comfortable. I've gone to her twice and normally I'm extremely picky when it comes to hair, however both times I always get an amazing result. She is my go to hairstylist now! :)

Ms Choi is amazing. I’m extremely careful when choosing a hairdresser to cut my shorthair. She did an amazing job. She even waited for me when i arrived late due to work schedule. Very caring and attentive.

Choi is a kind and amazing hair-stylist, she's been my hair-stylist for years now, and everytime I go, service is always consistent and excellent. I get so much comment from people everytime she does my hair, and my hair is a lot easier to handle after her touch. I strongly recommend her.

Got a haircut yesterday and I am very disappointed with the service and my experience.First, I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was told to wait because she was just starting with another client. She told me the wait would be 20 minutes but I ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes.When we started, everything felt very rushed. When she washed my hair, the water was cold and when she was cutting my hair, she ended up cutting the sides of my neck with the clippers. It’s currently still red and slightly bleeding. It hurt right at the moment and she did not even tell me she cut me. I’m honestly even worried that with an open wound I could get infected with some contagious disease.I am extremely disappointed in the service and unsatisfied.

I have been going there for 16 years. She has great service and does an amazing job at styling my hair. People always compliment my hair. I love going there!!!!!

I can not express enough how lucky I am that I have this amazing hairstylist and customer relationship with Mrs. Choi. She's very talented at what she does and also is an extremely heart warming kind person.She always meets my expectations and never fails and makes me happy to go back everytime. She's not only a fantastic hairstylist to me, she treats me like her family. I highly recommend Mrs. Choi for someone who is looking for an awesome hairstylist.

My family and I have been going to Hair Sense for over ten years, and we have yet to find another that has the professionalism and care we receive at this salon. Got such a lovely haircut here. She takes her time and really does a great job making sure your hair is nice and perfect. Mens cut includes a wash too which is nice. Would recommend for sure, can book easily online too

She really cares about making sure clients leave happy, and she's listened to all of my requests over the years.
