Terrible customer service and even worse workmanship. Avoid.

The shop owner was very courteous, n resolved the strap issue in a professional way, I recommend him for watch repairs

Bad bad bad attitude towards customers. Very flippant and poor communication skill. I have been coming here for a long time only because they are on my route to the train station and each time they give poor service, I decide I'll never go there again but I still do for convenience. Today, it's final! I'll rather buy a new watch than change my batteries here.

I would give zero star if I had that option.I took my watch in on November 24th for a battery change, a lady name Farrah broke my watch, she cracked the crystal when she closed the back panel. She saw it yet she handed the watch back to me as if nothing happened. I pointed out that she broke it then she admitted and offered to repair, saying the watch will be repaired and ready for pick up the next day. I gave my phone number and asked to call if there’s anything I should know about the repair. The next day she called once but did not leave message, I went to pick up my watch then I was told the watch was not ready. I asked again to give me a call with any updates.I stopped by again on November 29 and asked for any repair updates, she said it wasn’t repairable and offer me to take any of the watch at her store. I did not take that offer and asked to try again to repair my watch. And asked her to make sure to call me for any updates and when it’s ready to pick up. I NEVER received a phone call.Today I stopped by again to check on progress on the repair. And they had the watch fixed, sitting at their counter waiting to be picked up but I never got a call. I am not happy at all how it was handled, there is a huge communication and trust issue. I do not recommend to take your watch to this place for a battery change or repair.
