Update.I had my Genesis G70 in to have the TPMS sensors checked as my car was not displaying tire pressure anymore. When booking the appointment I asked about the status of window molding I had been waiting for since July last year. It had been on back order, but I hadn't heard anything since October when I last asked about it, turns out it had arrived. I can't help but wonder if I hadn't asked about it, how long it would have sat there before I got a call.The loaner we were given ran out of washer fluid on the way home, the inside of the windshield was so dirty that it was difficult to see where you were driving in the evening or at night, and there were rags and a child's toy in the center console. The cleanliness of the vehicle is a concern to me with the world in the middle of a pandemic. I added some washer fluid, cleaned the windshield, and gave the interior wipe with sanitizer since we ended up keeping the loaner over the weekend.When I picked my vehicle up Monday the new trim looked great and they must have adjusted the drivers door slightly because it opens and closes easier which was a nice surprise. While driving home I checked and the TPMS system was working, though I was shocked by the pressure the tech had set my tires too. The left 2 tires were at 37 psi, the right 2 were at 34 psi. The manufacturer spec is 36 psi front and 39 psi rear for my winter tires size, so none of the tires were set right. I also discovered something else troubling when reviewing the inspection sheet at home, the tech indicated that they had set the tires to 38psi front and 36psi rear, which is incorrect for that tire size on that car.Overall I'm reasonably satisfied with the service, though I hope next time I get a loaner the fluids are full. I find that the service department as a whole seems very disorganized. Through the course of trying to deal with different warranty issues I find myself constantly talking with different individuals at the service desk which makes it very frustrating since no one ever seems to know what's going on. Currently my summer rims are in getting refinished and I had to asked 3 different people about it before someone was able to give me an update.Recently I purchased a G70 from Genesis Kelowna. Rob was fantastic through out the process, going above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past at dealerships for other brands. I wanted the front wrapped with a protective film and the windows tinted. He coordinated everything with Protex so when the car was delivered it was ready to go. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will recommend Rob to anyone looking for a new car.

We’ve had our G70 for almost a year now and it still makes me smile each time I get into it. It’s the prefect combination of style, performance, value and luxury and is always fun to drive. So far we have had no defects or unexpected service items. The sales experience really was different and better. From when Rob first showed up at our house with the car for a test drive through the entire sales process, it was simple, pleasant and free of the usual painful car purchase experience. Once the sale was done, Rob continued to answer endless questions and help us with servicing and any other needs we had. While we’ve only used the valet servicing once so far, it’s really nice to have the option depending on the situation and Crystal and the team at Genesis Service have been very pleasant to work with and have been really accommodating with our requests. I was a bit nervous about buying a new model from a new brand but so far we've been blown away!

We just purchased a 2020 Genesis G70 from Genesis Kelowna and we were impressed by their integrity and by their efficient and professional service from start to finish. We're from out of province and the entire buying process was by phone, text and email with Rob Mason, Genesis Experience Manager. Rob was highly responsive and courteous throughout and he had our Genesis shipped to us (2400 KM away) within seven days of purchase. That's performance!

I had a issue with my winter tire rims on my Genesis G70. I contacted my Sales Rep. Rob Mason and explained the issue. Rob immediately got in touch with the service department. They contacted me and made an appointment to check out my issue. I took the vehicle in and they had a loaner vehicle ready for me. TJ the service rep reviewed what my issue was and said it would take a couple of hours. They contacted me that the issue was resolved. When I picked up my Genesis G70 it was cleaned and washed. The issue was repaired. I'm totally impressed with Rob Mason customer service. First class. The service department rep TJ was excellent. I was given a 5 star experience. I highly recommend them.

It was all simplified right from being able to pre order the vehicle I wanted online to the service I received at pickup.
