I have grown my investment portfolio with this team and chuckle at the negative comments like the one made by one of my tenants, Mare. How quickly my tenant can find Internet signal to leave a review but can't seem to pay rent or clean up their unit. I am happy RSPM was willing to help me clean up this property and now all the inherited tenants are out and units are filled with good paying ones.

The units advertised look nice but when you show up to the open house the outside looks a little run down. We showed up to multiple open houses advertised and nobody from RSPM showed up, we felt like our time was wasted. I even emailed them a few days before we drove 6hrs to get here and still have no response. After reading the reviews it looks like we dodged a bullet by deciding to not go to anymore of their open houses.

Until this property management company rescinds their required" $40 application fee

Hard to reach and communicate with this company as well with all the other problems including leaving my unit unlocked for hours on end. Can't even go to work without having the peace and mind that nothing is gonna happen. making promises but not delivering. Actions speak volume..

Rock Solid Property Management has been managing my rental property and I am more than impressed.Even through very difficult moments of burst pipes and slow insurance dealing, this management company was enthusiastically involved and committed to seeing the process occur as quickly and as efficiently as they could, and may I say that the management team was emphatically committed to keeping the whole process running smoothly between the frustrating moments with the tenants, myself and insurance company.I have been owning the real estate properties for the last thirty years and I can proudly claim that Rock Solid Property Management has been the best option.

The person that lives beside us has been yelling and blaring music for the last two years. It starts whenever they wake up and goes until midnight. We have informed rock solid about this many times and have even had to call the cops. Maybe they will respond to this and do something.Will not let me get in touch with the owner of the building either.Look how they respond to a bad review, blaming the renter instead of trying to help. They are bullies.

When I first moved into my unit in Sudbury. Seemed new. Was for from it. Was to be smoke free occupancy. Yet all my apartment would smell of was refried cigarettes… I’m on a top floor unit that said it was just refinished prior to moving in. Seen it quick because I was rushed out rather fast. Learned to find out that the longest tenant at the property named (Marty) would smoke almost 2 packs a day inside. Instead of walking outside and on the porch. Has taken a tole on myself quitting after being diagnosed with sever COPD prior to moving in…. Since they haven’t been the company that manages this building. Haven’t had any issues…..so tenant has been evicted for not complying with property standards as a tenant. Do your best to stay away from this company. I know cheaper people that aren’t this brain dead and inconsiderate towards family’s just looking for a proper place to feel safe and appreciate what they have.

Worst management I have ever seen, usually I never write a comment but want to aware people that kindly please don't go to them I am staying over a property for more than 3 years if you face an issue you have to minimum wait for 5-6 months so that problem can be solved, no one picks call at the office you have to at least call 5-6 times

Rock solid property management has done a wonderful job with our unit! We had a few problems when we moved in and they were super quick to get it fixed! Also a plus is they have an app where you can submit your maintenance requests, and any general inquiries. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been very nice! If you’re looking for a new apartment to rent I’d 100% recommend contacting them to see what they have! (They also have their listings on their website!)

The company has the property listing on its website and it is super helpful to select the desired property. I have had a great experience renting an apartment through Rock Solid Property Management. The staff is highly cooperative and super helpful in the process of filling out the application.I highly recommend the Rock Solid Property Management to tenants for efficient quality and service.
