In my 60’s my lips have faded and my brows are thin. I’m not one to fuss every day with makeup but I felt old and invisible. I LOVE what Shannon has done for me. My brows are just right - not too harsh. My lips didn’t take the tint well and Shannon has touched them up numerous times, no extra charge. Going this week to have a scar tattooed!

Shannon is the person you want to go to if you're thinking about getting permanent makeup. I first saw her a year ago and then again a month or two ago for my brows. She is an artist and such a perfectionist, meticulously placing each hair stroke. Shannon designs your brow shape to perfectly match your face, mixes the perfect colour, goes over in detail the process and doesn't finish until you're happy. I have had a ton of compliments on my brows and not from people asking where did you get your brows done?" they have no idea they have been micro-bladed. Friends and family have been shocked when I tell them my eyebrows are "tattoos". Above all else though Shannon is a freak about cleanliness and her work station along with all her tools are sterilized and cleaned properly which was SO important to me. You will not be disappointed if you see Shannon and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to her!"

I was super nervous to get my eyebrows microbladed because I was worried about the pain, the healing and obviously the final outcome. Shan was so professional and my eyebrows look AMAZING! If you’re looking to get your brows microbladed Shannon is your girl!!! I live in Vancouver and researched for years about where to go and I wasn’t happy with 100% of most artists work until I came upon Shannon’s instagram page. All of her work is absolutely flawless and so natural so I booked my appt and it was the best decision I’ve ever made!!! I get so many compliments about how natural my brows look, most people don’t even believe they’re microbladed and I have very little actual hair!! Shannon makes the whole experience very relaxing and she makes sure you are happy with the shape, colour exc. before anything happens. She is extremely talented at what she does!!! I would travel to Australia to get my brows done by her if I had to! Lol

Shannon did an amazing job on my microbladed eyebrows! Her studio in nice and clean and she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained the process thoroughly and gave good aftercare instructions.She made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable during the process and it was almost completely pain free! She uses numbing creams multiple times to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Shannon took her time to map out and give me my perfect brows asking for my input at every step along the way. I HIGHLY recommend Shannon.

Recently had tooth gems applied via this company. Policy stated at the beginning was if the tooth gem fell off within two weeks it would be replaced free of charge! Fast forward 13 days and the gem had fallen off, contacted the worker immediately in hopes to resched. I unfortunately was heading up island for work and wouldn’t be home within the week so had book for 5 days after the gem falling off. As the appointment neared I was made aware I was being extended for work and wouldn’t be back until after the weekend. I reached out approx 20 hours ahead of appointment to try and reschedule as unfortunately this was out of my hands and was met with hostility and unprofessionalism. Not only were they unwilling to help with a scenario to fix their poorly done work they continued to argue via Instagram about the issue leading to zero resolve and a very clear portrait of their character and work.

I’ve had my brows, lip blush, and a freckle constellation done by Shannon. Her work is the best in Vic!
