The installation crew was fantastic! They were ready to answer our questions and the quality and detail they put into the job was beyond top notch. Highly recommend!

From start to finishing off of a large install I would highly recommend Nova Doors and Windows for new windows and doors. Together with friendly and professional installers I would like to thank all concerned especially working nowadays in the confines of Covid-19. This together with a reasonable price makes this company an easy choice for anyone considering replacing their windows.

I think the worst possible renovation experience I have ever had in my entire life thinking going with a bigger company that actually manufactures their own windows. It wouldn’t take 2 1/2 years to get the job DONE.Still waiting till this Friday for the last window hopefully if it isn’t broken for the second time there has been no sincerity on their end. I’ve been forgotten about so many times I’ve lost count been yelled at and hung up on.I had to have Nova Scotia efficiency extended, and then yesterday they finally came to retest (maximum amount of time allotted for second extension,) the representative looked at the windows, and none of them will pass. None of them have efficiency decals They were just basically photocopy, papers stuck with tape, and also they don’t issue you a detailed receipt unless you requested which is a little strange, especially on a bigger job which will not pass requirements for rebate eitherThe only thing I received as compensation from nova windows and doors was a price increase of 6% and then they removed 2% so they raised it by 4% instead, for my inconvenience. And prior to two weeks before installation, I had to threaten to take my money back in order for them to get their act together And to top it all off now I’m just holding on hoping to see if they can pull through get proper documentation so I can get the government rebate.Poor investment choice, should have went with solar panels and a heat pump and you can say what you’d like. I have all documented evidence from all quote raises in price right to the bitter sweet end even me paying the full amount and still waiting for all issues and now this I’m normally not a person to burn a local company this is not me Burning them this is them burning themselves, so anybody that would like to see this documentation emails. Quotes all communication I have them saved.This is not a one or two window job this was a whole house and it was supposed to have siding with insulation underneath. But once the representative of nova forgot the the insulation in the quote they said all the windows had to be bumped out that would cost an extra $8000 somehow and they assured me this would be covered by how much you received in the rebate really didn’t wanna buy that snake oil because they are the manufacturer of the windows so I shouldn’t see how it could cost that much more. Specially it was deficiency on there end so I cancelled the siding and insulation and went with just windows should’ve just cancelled the whole project then.I would like to thank everyone who reads this

I had a beautiful new home office window installed yesterday by Blake and Aaron. I cannot say enough about their efficiency and professionalism - right down to the perfect job site clean up after installation. I am extremely happy with this company and would highly recommend them. They have been straightforward and honest with me from start to finish in terms of pricing and any delays. They were also extremely flexible regarding the installation date due to some personal issues of mine.

We had 5 large windows and a patio door in our Piano Room replaced by Nova Doors and Windows and couldn't be happier with the results. Nova Doors and Windows has done work for me in my home replacing doors and repairing some siding. They arrived on schedule and the work done was absolutely perfect. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The staff as are so friendly!In addition to the work they have done for me personally, I have reached out to them numerous occassions to assist clients with leaky windows, window and door replacement, siding installations, sun rooms etc. They are reasonable and do their best to stay on schedule! Highly recommend Nova Doors and Windows. We had the team help us with a big renovation (all new windows mostly in new sizes that required cutting into walls + new siding and metal roof) Could not be happier with the professionalism of the crew and the materials used. We even had them take care of siding our chicken coop which turned out great!

We took the jump and had 7 windows replaced, 2 of which were bow windows. The crew were friendly, prompted, great communicators, respectful, efficient and professional! The installers worked with us when we were unsure on trim in a particular room. They went the extra mile and sourced out a different molding so it would match the molding in the room.The trim lines-up perfectly, the caulking applied is very slick/clean and the space was tidied up at the end of each day. Their work is clean and the final result looks amazing. We can say with confidence Nova Doors & Windows exceeded the hope and expectation we had.Highly recommend!

Had a new opening cut and a new window installed. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Install was expected for late in the summer, but they managed to squeeze me in way earlier.Window appears to be of very high quality, despite being one of their simpler models. In and out in a day. Very competitive prices and excellent customer service.Highly recommended!
