I would highly recommend Kelly and his team. They are prompt and timely with their service when it comes to scheduling. As far as workmanship they just cannot be beat and I would recommend them over any other construction company in the Okanagan area.

Kelly and Kim were the best to work with .Kelly let us design our own floor plan and we couldn’t be happier with it. Both Kelly and Kim were there to make sure we got our modular completed by the date we had agreed upon and they worked hard to get this accomplished. All the workers were friendly and professional and answered/completed any requests. The work site was always clean and tidy. We have had many compliments on our modular. We would recommend them anytime if you are thinking of purchasing a modular.
