I've Been going here for about 12 years , fantastic place. Reliable and Trust Worthy. They do Great work . I have never felt taken advantage of just because I am a girl and know absolutely nothing about the mechanics of a car I trust the work and trust the cost . Rob the owner is very friendly and helpful he's always willing to answer any questions I have no matter how stupid ..I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Visited OK Tire in Port Coquitlam today and was really impressed with the service provided to me. Met the franchisee, Robert Hoskins, what an absolute delight. He took the time to chat while his team performed the maintenance I was wanting done. I’m in sales as a profession and I rarely make recommendations to businesses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robert and his team for the work they did for me. Five star service all the way.

Was an awesome experience. Shane was great on the phone. They had an opening, and hence very promptly accommodated my issue. Shane was pretty perceptive to understand I have limited knowledge of vehicles. Came around to explain the problem in a very simple way that I can understand. Could have costed more, but they were fair and honest and definitely fairly priced compared to others in the area. Overall a very satisfactory service and experience. I will go back to them again.
