Company returned all calls, was there on time, measured and priced fairly and the quality and professionalism was 10/10. I highly recommend Royal Steam for cleaning both carpet and tile grout.

We had a number of pet pee stains and even a stain that we thought was paint from a few years ago. Royal Steam got them all out. Our carpets look amazing. They were professional and friendly; great people to deal with!

Sam was very professional at his job I had other steam companies in the pass work on my carpets and other stuff I had and I felt they did not spend the time doing a good job as it was wet looking and when they left carpets was still not good enough but with Sam from royal steam I see he care and was very knowledgeable about what to use and how to get it done the right way because when he left it smelled very clean and when it dried I seen no stains this was great because I'm selling the house and he saved it for me so I would of not have to put new floors thank you Sam from royal steam for giving my carpets the red carpet treatment
