What can I say, she's amazing! I take my cat to get groomed here and she is professional, fun, and knows how to groom animals. I took for granted that other groomers were like her, and my cat was almost sedated by another groomer in Verdun (he's a calm Himalayan, it was absurd).The groomer at Pils-Poils on Wellington lets you be part of the experience and reassures your pet, her cuts are great and she treats your pet with care and respect. Her prices are very fair, she is very kind, and I wish her success!

Best groomer ever!I completely trust that my dog is in excellent hands when I leave her there!Bonus, the price is reasonable.You might at times have to call in advance since it get booked really fast, but worth the wait, to get your dog perfectly pampered!

Everything that you have read here is true. The owner is very good at what she does. It was the first time that I went as we just moved into the neighbourhood she was very helpful with Deciding how he should be cut and she was very flexible with her schedule to accommodate my hours. I have had my dog for 3 to 4 years and he has never looked so good, he came back looking like a new dog! Highly recommended

WOW! My French isn’t amazing, and my dog is not the most well behaved but this is his best haircut. She knew exactly what I meant and did a wonderful job. He’s clean and happy, she’s the best in the neighbourhood and we’ve tried them all.

I've tried many groomers for my dog and this one is the best. The owner remembers each and every thing about your dog and knows exactly what kind of a cut we would want for him. She always takes good care of my dog and he loves her too. Highly recommended!

My first time taking my cat there and will definitely go back again!The owner was so nice and loving and the environment was very calm too :) She did a great job giving my cat a lion cut. The shave was very even, no spots of longer hair sticking out of her body. I've taken my cat to many groomers in the past and this is one of the best! Another advantage is that it's done on the spot, so you don't have to drive back to pick up your pet. They also clean the eyes and ears after the shave.

The woman who works here is so courteous and friendly. She is so good with my min pin who hates anyone touching his paws and does a great job trimming his claws. Her prices are very fair too. Highly recommend!

I would give 10 stars if I could! I have a very fearful and anxious dog and Nancy did a great job with him. He looks amazing and I can tell he feels great too. Can't recommend this place enough! Mille fois merci Nancy!!!**Update**I had a great experience with Nancy when I brought my anxious dog. She told me he was very difficult but that she would groom him again. Unfortunately, a few months later, my dog was diagnosed with a heart condition that was quite serious and I was advised to keep him out of stressful situations. Because of this, I began grooming him as best I could myself.My dog recently started some new medications and, fortunately, his heart is doing much better. I also received some anti-anxiety medication from the vet and it works very well. I was excited to take him back to Nancy as she did such a great job the last time and I knew I could trust her. Unfortunately, Nancy refused to see my dog since he was difficult and because I hadn't made an appointment in a long time. I tried to explain that he now has anti-anxiety medication, but she cut me off asking me where I'd been since 2021. I began to explain the situation with my dog's health and she cut me off again, telling me I can take him to someone else. I would understand not wanting to groom him because he is difficult, but she was more upset because I hadn't been back. There are so many personal reasons why someone would not visit a business they like for an extended period and I thought it was very unprofessional to question me like she did.She was very rude and I was left very upset as I find it difficult to trust people with my dog.I have recommended this business to many friends since I went, most of whom had great experiences with Nancy as well.I'm honestly just shocked and hurt by this situation. I think Nancy is a great groomer, but I cannot in good faith recommend someone who I no longer have faith or trust in. That's why I've changed my review today.
