The Reel Doctor
Called Trevor with my broken reel, told me to come by and he would look at it. Dropped it off suspecting it would take a few days to repair, but Trever told me to wait a minute. 15 minutes later he gave it back repaired. Very impressed, fair price, quick service nice fellow. I drove from the west end and only had to make 1 trip. Thank you Reel Doctor.Garry

The Reel Doctor has the best customer service hands down!!! I wanted to surprise my dad on fathers day by fixing his fish finder. It is his prize possession. Trevor knew exactly what to do and offered me his expertise on all things fishing! Now if only he knew how to bake. lol

Came in for a rod repair, owner was pleasant to deal with. He set to work on it immediately and finished in less than 10 minutes, only charged $8 for the work!

I had to come to Edmonton from Kelowna BC because there are no MinnKOta repair facilities in Kelowna…Trevor went out of his way to repair my motor knowing I was in town for such a short period of time…this guy is awesome…deserves full marks for service…thanks again Trevor

What can I say about Trevor. One of the best humans around. Super knowledgeable about everything fishing and beyond. Nice shop with great service. Just bought a R1 ice auger from The Reel doctor, the machine is a beast and everything I was looking for and more. Local man with that local personal feel. Trevor knows a lot about a lot. He has helped repair many things for my Dad. I have bought some fishing things from him that they didn’t have anywhere else. If you need ANYTHING fishing related repaired take it to the Reel Dr. IMO if Trevor can’t fix it, no one can…

I went to the reel dr and was greeted by a friendly smiling face Trevor (owner) . He was ready and eager to help me with my reel right away it needed a handle as one of my kids decided to drop it. He went upstairs found me a new handle and gave it to me at a fair price. We got talking about fishing stories and the pictures on the wall and awards that Trevor earned over the years I was impressed. I will be back for any of my other fishing needs. It always nice to support a local businessAmazing service!!Thank you
