My wife and I had our vacation scheduled and were going to do our roof ourselves. Friday morning the container gets dropped and my wife calls saying it's going to rain. Check the forecast and rain's expected every single day. So as I know we can do a good job, but at a much slower pace that would take us 4 nice days to complete, I start calling around. The companies that answer don't do residential roofs, and the independent contractors (Which pretty much all the roofers), aren't answering their phone.Finally, this gentlemen by the name of Kenny answers. I give him the scoop, he gives me an estimate, minus cost of the container seeing as I already have one in my driveway. He shuffles some things around and we make the arrangements for July 1st at 7am (Following Thursday) while I'm still in possession of the container.He's there with 2 other guys promptly at 7am. 3:30pm and they're doing the cleanup. Go up on the roof to inspect the work and nothing short of fantastic. Architectural shingles properly staggered, flashings properly and very well sealed. Overall, just a very clean and professional job.Also, because it was last minute emergency, the shingles had to be delivered in the driveway instead of up on the roof. Kenny and his guys brought up those 75 lbs packets one by one with not a single complaint.As one of the other reviewers mentioned, young guy trying to make his name, and boy is he ever. I have to highly recommend this crew for your roofing needs. They're quick, fairly priced, and just overall purely professional.

We hired Toitures Paragon to completely rip off and install a new roof. He stayed true to his install date and showed up as planned with his crew. They made quick work of a pretty big roof and were in and out in 2 1/2 days. The job was well done, the price was very competitive, and overall we are very pleased with the result.

J’ai fait faire la toiture de 2 maisons à l’été 2020 par Toitures Paragon. Kenny, le proprio, est un gars très aimable, poli et charismatique et ses prix sont très concurrentiels.Toutefois, la date des visites et des travaux change souvent, et il est difficile à joindre après les travaux.Par contre, lorsqu'il y a eux des petits correctifs à apporter, ils ont éventuellement été fait.Je crois que les plus grands défis de Kenny sont la communication et la transparence. Il veut toujours nous répondre ce qu'il croit qu'on veut entendre pour les délais plutôt que de dire clairement quand il sera en mesure de procéder. Il me confirme qu'il travaille et travaillera là-dessus.La morale : Mieux vaut dire (dans un mois) et tenir parole que de dire (demain) et ne rappeler qu’un mois lus tard.Je crois qu'il le comprends maintenant.
