I have called the Customer Service more than 100 times to be able to register my bank card information. I have repeatedly received emails on how to take a photo of a government ID card and I have done all the steps correctly. None Customer service staff can not solve the problem of this app. I have been appointed many times to talk to a professional customer service on the phone. But no one calls me. They do not give me any phone number that I can call them myself. .

Door Dash is absolutely brutal in terms of the service they provide. You are watching the app expecting your order to show up and then you get a call from a door dash representative telling you the dasher has encountered problems with their vehicle which means I can't find your house so I am going to get a free dinner. I am watching the driver on the app doing laps around my house as we speak so looks like a failed second attempt in one night!

DoorDash is a joke. Use your hard earned money and time with Skipthedishes or through an establishments independent delivery if available. Don't work for them either you're better off at skip. I have used doordash for the last time today after several horrible experiences (hair in food, missing, incorrect, rude dashers and late orders) the last time I used skip my dasher CLEARLY sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes and ate half my order. I was not refunded. This time I ordered due to having covid. The map showed the dasher was at the restaurant for 30 minutes, unresponsive. Upon contacting customer service I was told I'd get a new dasher within 2 minutes. 20 minutes later I was forced to cancel the order as there was no dasher that was assigned to my order. The whole ordeal took over an hour and a half for a few slices of pizza. I went through skip amd got my order within 13 minutes. Door dash is a joke of a company, an absolute scam.

Terrible service , cold food every time and over an hour for delivery from a place 10 min away. Guess I will only be using skip the dishes from now on bye door dash I will never order from you again!

An absolutely delightful young man made a delivery to me tonight from little Caesars. If Caesars didn't already addSo many extra charges to my bill I would have been happy to tip him more.

Very poor service!! Unexpected service from Doordash. I received Someone else’s wrong order and when I tried to contact the customer service they started telling me that it’s my fault and dasher made attempt to call me. How do i explain that Dasher met me! She gave me the WRONG ORDER!!!! I had guests at my house and i ordered food according to the amount of people but I received food for one person! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM NEVER GOING TO USE DOORDASH EVER AGAIN!

Was ok for a while, now on top of 11% they are upping restaurant prices by 2-3 $ per dish. Even sauce that is 2$ they take 3. That’s 50% or highway robbery. Wonder if restaurants pay a cu t too?

Have over 200 deliveries done so far as a driver. I take every order I get and only work on weekends. when I first started another driver gave me a bag to use and I was hooked ever since. I don't do it for the money but a change from my other work. The only thing door dash needs to fix is pay more to drivers when waiting for food from the merchants. Many times, I have waited longer then 20 mins at earls and other higher end restaurants that are very busy. Online orders need to go out first. I appreciate the bag and hand sanitizer in the mail. A shirt or hat would be good to get for free as a bonus after so many deliveries or Christmas bonus showing were doing awesome work.
