There was never any pressure during the process, and Justin never rushed our decision. He was very attentive to any questions we had, and prompt in his replies. Our experience in dealing with this company was nothing but positive. Came to our home with samples of products, explained everything to us clearly and professionally. After ordering the blinds, we were told it would be about 6 weeks for the order to be prepared. When the product came in, the installer showed up on time and the blinds were installed promptly and properly. We are very pleased with the product and would recommend anyone wanting new window blinds to consider this company.

My experience with this company was fantastic from start to finish.They were very accomodating for my schedule and come out and explained the options they had for what I had wanted.The quote for my Honeycomb 2 blinds came back right away. I believe it was less than 3 weeks that they had arrived and were installed.The installer was very efficient and was here for only 20 minutes. He broke down all boxes in nice compact sizes and collected and put all plastic in one bag. I managed to run it out just before the garbage and recycling got picked up.I like to support local as much as possible and with such efficient and personable people at Rusty's Blinds it makes this decision so easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for new blinds.
